The fun begins at 2PM on Monday, June 12 at the International House (3710 Chestnut Street), when sixteen senior directors will screen their projects. You’ll find a mix of genres including documentaries, experimental films, narratives, and music videos. Observe parents behaving like children, get up close and personal with a tiger having a root canal and go behind the bay doors with firefighters. Gain insight into domestic violence and share the intimate perspective of a woman’s life. Meet a museum security guard who learns the value of art, and two brothers who come to grips with their past. Struggle with a son stepping beyond his father’s shadow, and a stepfather stuck in a bizarre world. Follow a misguided stalker, hang out with a young man searching for direction, and experience the clashing points of view of a father and son.
